They have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive to request for estimates and service, are able to schedule work within a short period of time, and arrive as scheduled. Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours.
