"I appreciated the way Mike and Paul (Father and Son) communicated with us about the repairs we needed. They were straightforward and offered us different options and explained in detail what they could do (no BS). We were on a budget and they worked with us on cost. Gutters were seperating from the house because the pervious company that installed them did a poor job (only 6 yrs ago). They added flashing, larger brackets and longer nails. They also repaired two chimneys with tuck pointing and a chimney cap along with additional tuck pointing with some brick replacement and sealed some cracks in other areas of need. They came out on saturday for a free estimate and completed the job on Monday. We are very satisfied and plan to use them again for other repairs in the future. "The home genius team was very helpful. They put my roof on a while ago and I had a leak recently that they came and inspected. We determined that my box gutters needed fixed and I had them do the job. Walter the project manager was very helpful coordinating the work and the work lance did an amazing job repairing the box gutters."

"I appreciated the assessment of the gutters since I needed to know exactly what needed to be repaired and replaced. The basic maintenance they were able to do that morning was good too, since I don't have the ability to get up to the second story gutters.
I'm giving them a C/incomplete at this time. I gave them good marks on a handwritten questionnaire that morning, but since then I have not been satisfied. The sealing they were supposed to do has been ineffective--we get the same drip of water from the gutter onto our front steps as we did before. I imagine Trela would respond in saying that the gutters need to be replaced anyway, which is true to an extent, but seeing the same puddle on the steps after a rain as I have in the past, I cannot say that I got $99 of value from their visit.
 I checked  "would use them again" just to mean that I will consider their estimate for gutter replacement work, and nothing more at this point."

"After interviewing a few companies to do our project, we didn’t see any other company to go with for it. They were personal and friendly from the start. Freely answered any questions I had (which was a lot) without any hesitation and didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying. The installation went great and all of the workers were courteous and helpful. After finding out we needed to replace a few rotted pieces of wood and some fascia, they worked with me to get it all replaced even if it wasn’t part of the initial plan. Both the roofers and the gutter installer were very knowledgeable and really worked with me to make sure we got the project just right. They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!!
