"The job was started by Josh Dunn and Mike on 9/3/2013. We discussed changes to the project with Josh, and I signed off on his contract work agreement. They started by laying down a paper walk way through the house from the garage to the bathroom to avoid tracking debris through the house. Then Josh turned the job over to Mike. Mike was very much about the job, professional, on time and completed the job in 2 and 1/2 days a full half day early. We are very pleased with the work Mike performed, but we never got a chance to tell Josh Dunn that. Upon completion of the work we wrote a check and Mike signed off on the contract agreement. Josh Dunn did not come by to ask if we were happy with the result. We realize this was a relative small job for Dunn Home Improvement, but thought Josh could have secured a number 1 position for future work with us by the simple act of checking back with us upon the completion of the work.

"Two workers came, they went above and beyond of what they had to do.  The yard was full of leaves which were all removed.  The men also helped me mark the sprinklers when I turned the sprinkle system on.  They also got their trimmer out and trimmed around a tree and the fence line which was beyond what they were to do.  The men were friendly, professional, and courteous. I was totally impressed with their work ethic.  I would definitely use this company and would hope these same gentlemen would be back.
