Months later, a baluster fell due to poor installation; I discovered that he had only secured one-third of the balusters with screws, using nails for the remainder. This led to warping from outdoor exposure, necessitating the replacement of all ten balusters I ordered. Recently, while leaning on the railing, it shifted under my weight. Despite contacting Scott, he has not responded.
