Building a custom home naturally has many sub-contractors and they were all consummate professionals. We are satisfied with the quality of every aspect of construction. Like any major project there were some issues that popped up but they were always quick to respond and made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. They were accommodating with allowing us to oversee the project directly and on a regular basis, seeing as our previous home was nearby, and that helped a lot with us feeling confident the home would be delivered the way we wanted. Rob was always a very personable and professional person to work with at every stage. I am also very impressed that, despite all of the shortages and supply cost increases of the last few years, they still completed the home for exactly what they quoted. We have a very visible home on the lake and so we do get visitors on occasion asking about the home. We always recommend R and R to anyone who asks and will continue to do so.

R & R New Home Construction has built several homes for me over the years. I find them to be very good builders and they stand behind their work. They are some of the fastest most efficient contractors I have ever met.

He was there every step of the way. The price was very reasonable compared to other builders we spoke with, and he made sure to get it done in the timeline we needed. The basement was dug on July 29 and we move into the home on Sept. 25! WE could not have asked for a better contractor or working contracting team! We highly recommend Rob, he was easy to work with, easy to follow in explanations, had everything planned from day 1, week to week from start to finish and I can honestly say we had not a single major problem with anything! I look forward to seeing Rob again to thank him for everything and that our life's dream of moving into our own beautiful home is already beginning. Thanks so much Rob, I've waited over ten years for this house and you made it happen in less then three months!:)
