"Flo arrived on time as scheduled for the project. All necessary supplies were on hand. He and his associate worked smoothly together. The project consisted of replacing 11 steps and risers and all stair trim. Flo completed the carpentry part in one day. His painters came the next day and applied 2 coats of paint. This was a small repair job on fascia and flashing which they handled at time of estimate for a reasonable price, especially considering the minimum fees that bigger contractors charge -- if you can even get the bigger guys to come out.
