"Anthony and Brandon were excellent, extremely professional and knowledgeable! Anthony and Brandon repaired our chimney and installed a new damper and cap and beautiful new logs in under 2 hours! "My experience with Chicago Chimney Service was the best thing that has happened for me in a long time. Toni in the office is wonderful with the customer service, keeping you informed of all you need to know about your project. Mario, comes out to give you a honest assessment and estimate of the job. In my case, my chimney was in very bad shape. Mario checked it out, took pictures, showed me what was wrong and told me how he would repair it. They gave me a good price, showed up on the set date and time, got right to work, and finished almost two hours ahead of schedule! My chimney and crown looks great! Mario and Miguel are miracle workers! I am so pleased with my chimney! I highly recommend Chicago Chimney Services. Call them, you won't regret it. "Initially I was looking to get some masonry fixed. Rob came by and pointed out the chimney was in very bad shape. There were cracks in the crown and deteriorated mortar. He provided a quote and a thorough explanation of what work would be done, and followed up with pictures once complete. He was accommodating with my scheduling.
