"The whole experience was easy. I set an appointment with owner Michael. Michael & co-worker arrived on time. Both have excellent communication skills & did an exceptional job putting a recliner together shipped in a box. They removed tge old recliner as quoted in the price. The place was left cleaned up. I understand this is a small job for Equality Builders of Columbia Basin, but they both handled the job very professional. I recommend Equality Builders of Columbia Basin for any job needed, along with home builders. Thank you for your excellent work habits. Greg Larson"

We do drywall install finish repairs a variety of textures. We also paint tongue ingroove installation, an installation. We can build a fence, fix your deck. Whatever it may be. If we can probably handle it. We pride ourselves in quality and the integrity. We stand behind our work, and enjoy what we do.

"Nathan was able to provide all the work we required in our first round of jobs. He laid engineered hardwood floors in two bedrooms and his attention to detail was perfect. The floors look incredible. He installed overhead storage shelves in our garage and, again, an excellent job. He graciously agreed to a couple of add on jobs and everything he did was professional, quality work. We have a second round of projects that he will be doing and we plan to continue to work with him. Integrity, quality, and reasonable pricing...what more could one ask for?!"

"Rohrenbach Construction is a company that is responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable about all things construction! I hired Jarrod and his team to replace carpet in two rooms, knock down a wall to enlarge a closet, turn a floor length in-wall cabinet into a normal closet, and remove and replace drywall in a water heater closet. I also had them paint three half walls and wallpaper another. They were able to complete the entire project in about 5-6 full work days. I was most impressed with the professionalism of the contractors and the respect they showed my home. They were clean, organized, and did not leave messes despite the nature of the project. For future work I would definitely hire Rohrenbach Construction again."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"We had several interior walls that needed to be sheetrocked and finished after our previous contractor failed to finish the work. Justin came in with a quick and upfront quote and was able to complete the work rather quickly. We also wanted slim brick installed throughout the kitchen area, which he immediately shared his knowledge about. A few days later he began the installion and it turned out amazing!! I would absolutely recommend his services. We will be remodeling our bathroom next year and he is our guy!"
