  Removal of the old gas fireplace was predictably messy. The installer called to make sure I was home, arrived on time, and spread moving-style blankets on the floor before he started. When he left my house, he completely cleaned up the mess and took it with him. The fireplace did not have the backing I wanted so on the second visit, the same calling ahead procedure was used and all and quot;leftoverand quot; bits and pieces left with the installer.   It went well. The furnaces and fireplaces work well. The Furnace installers, fireplace installers and the gas line installer did a wonderful job. They were courteous, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Bryant went above and beyond bringing remotes for the fireplaces to us after hours. He took the time to explain them to us and that was appreciated. Kevin and a big task in putting in the gas lines for the fireplaces, stove and BarBQ. They all did a good job. My last encounter with Brizee was today when we paid the bill. Mr. Brizee greated us at the door with a smile and a "Thank you for your business".   I had a problem with the stove that needed to be worked on. They were very gracious to walk me through fixing the problem. I live a long way away from them, and they wait until they are coming out this way, so they do not have to charge me a service call. They have great customer service.

From roofing repair to a new porch, a garage addition and putting in a beam for structure support.   I was surprised to read the other two reviews, which stated that these guys were fast and responsive. I did not have the same experience. When I would call to ask about setting up a time for installation, they would say that they would get back to me next week and then not return my phone calls. Only after calling them over and over again did they actually come out to get the job done. They also ordered the wrong panel for my wood stove insert twiceshow more

They called 2 hours later, claimed not to be able to find the location but in the discussion on where they went it is unlikely they actually ever came to the area. House number clearly visible, other service providers have not had problems locating and both my phone and auto GPS bring me to the locationshow more

  I am not happy with my fireplace that they installed, and it's been nothing but one problem after another. Basically, I don't think they have servicemen that know what they're doing, and that is what it boils down to. They were on time. As far as the fireplace I think it was a fair price, but every time I have a problem I have to pay a further charge. I probably would use them again in the future if I needed toshow more

  I have had 3 separate dealings with this company and I should of got the hint the first go around but unfortunately they are the only ones who service pellet stoves in my area being that our stove is older. We were promised a call back the next day after each visit and be advised of the price of the part and schedule an appointment for the repair. On the first occasion I had to call and leave messages and never got a call back for 3 days and we had to wait 2-3 weeks before a visit could be scheduled, then on that day a call was received to reschedule due to being backed up which is understandable, and when they arrived they were able to repair without ordering a part. This experience was okay except for the delay in getting back to us. The 2nd experience, again we had to leave several messages before a return call was received days later to schedule an appointment (1-2 weeks later) They came out and diagnosed the problem and said they would order the part and call us the next day with the price but it would be at least 2 weeks. No follow up correspondence was ever received from them in that 2 weeks so we then called again and had to leave messages and wait for a couple of days before they got back to us only to advise us that the part never got ordered and they would order it that day(no apology) and they would have it overnighted. Again, no attempt to contact us until we called again after 3 days and had to leave other messages to finally get an appointment scheduled weeks later. They never advised us the price of the part until after he already installed it and presented the bill. The 3rd experience was this last one. We called and talked to her and explained the problem over the phone and was told it sounded like just the igniter had went out and was not that expensive. She explained to me that they were backed up and the earliest they could schedule would be Jan 9, which was 3 weeks away. I immediately responded back to her to please schedule us for that day so we would have a spot before they got booked up again and was told yes it was scheduled. Well, on Jan 9 , again I called early in the am to find out an approximate time they would be out to my house but had to leave a message as well. It needs to be noted their business answering service states their business hours are from 9-5 Mon-Fri. I had called at 9:30 am and left message and again at 1:30 in the afternoon leaving another message. I waited all day with no show for the appointment or even a returned phone call. I then placed a comment with the BBB later on that night. The next day I get a phone call from the owner(after he is advised of my comments to the BBB) and he tells me my appointment was for the 12th (3 days later) which is unbelievable due to the conversation I had had with his wife over the phone making sure our appointment was made the earliest it could of been. I was told by him that he had the part but he did not want to service us due to the comments that were made to the BBB. My comments were not lies and not made up, this is exactly how our 3 different experiences, at different times, transpiredshow more
