BRIZEE HEATING AIR CONDITIONING & FIREPLACES

Brizee spent over a week in our home and the crew was outstanding/professional and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which really made living through the renovation much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of lengthy and expensive work done. The salesman and owner followed up with us and kept every promise.

They are always good and teaching us how to maintain our equipment.

The company was very prompt and called when they had to reschedule the appointment.  Work was done in a timely manner and the staff was very cordial.  The price was a kicker though.  We were told that it was $99 an hour and they were there maybe an hour and half.  The total bill was $600.00 which in my opinion is a little steep for the amount of time and what they had to do.  They told my husband this was the easiest job they have done with one of these.  We got a bill, but it was not itemized so didn't know what was so costly.  
I would use them again, but I would definitely get an estimate first.

It went well.  The furnaces and fireplaces work well.  The Furnace installers, fireplace installers and the gas line installer did a wonderful job.  They were courteous, professional and always cleaned up after themselves.  Bryant went above and beyond bringing  remotes for the fireplaces to us after hours.  He took the time to explain them to us and that was appreciated.  Kevin and a big task in putting in the gas lines for the fireplaces, stove and BarBQ.  They all did a good job.  My last encounter with Brizee was today when we paid the bill.  Mr. Brizee greated us at the door with a smile and a "Thank you for your business".  I wouldn't give my Heating and Cooling business to anyone else.  Ever!

They were way expensive. Other than that they were very professional. They made a good bid. I wouldn't not recommend them but I went with someone else.

They were really professional. They came in and they talked about everything that needed to be done. Walked through the hose with me and showed me what they would do, how they would run the lines that needed to be run and everything that needed to be done. They were really professional in their business. I would have ended up probably using them other than their cost.

It did take a while because they were busy with the hot summer. They did a good job when they got here and were very courteous.

Brizee installed a new Heating, AC, hotwater heating system in my house in 2007. In 2010, the compressor needed to be replaced. The reason given was that it failed secondary to excessive pressure build up due to a clogged furnace filter. My system has an electrostatic cleaneable filter which I service regularly. They installed an additional filter and never explained to anyone in the household it was present. They refused to cover the compressor replacement. I paid. Recently, a condensation pump which they had positioned in a situation such that when it leaked, it ran under my laundry room floor, failed. The failure and subsequent leak ruined the subflooring. I had them come and replace the pump. Then I redid the laundry room floor. The new pump ran fine initially, but then leaked again two months later. This time, the pump was okay, but it was discovered that a cap was missing from a condensation trap. They charged me again, even though it was the same problem. They stated that I had obviously knocked off the cap and had not noticed having done so. The problem is that the capped area is only easily accessible by service personnel. It would be impossible to displace accidentally. When I mentioned this to them, they basically said that they were not responsible, even though they are the only company to have serviced this equipment. I will not use them again.

Technician arrived within one hour of first call to business. Diagnosed the problem correctly within 30 minutes of arrival. Got part from Manufacturer under waranty and replaced it within 24 hrs. Works great all for a total charge of $112.00

They have been wonderful with our heating. We had experiences in the past were we didn't really feel the other company's did a good job but the Brizee's always came through and did everything that we asked them to do. I had them come in and put a furnace in my mother's house. I used them 20 years ago and for my mother it was 15 years ago. We have called them on an occasion to help us when it was cold in the winter as the furnace was not working right and they were just really good. The price seemed reasonable. The quality was wonderful. They responded when we wanted them and came right away. Their professionalism was very high.

They put in a $10,000 heating and cooling unit; I have had problems with it since then. They charge me $80 every time they come out here. The last time they came, they pretty much just turned one switch on and off for which they wanted to charge me $80. I told them I won't pay them because they did not change the filter or do anything. I called the owner twice and he promised to call me back but he has never called me back. They just mails me bills and are always are here for the check. They don't do any follow up work. Their customer care is bad. I had a very expensive bell which I got from China. Right after they left after putting that unit, the bell was gone off my porch. I don't know if somebody from their company took it but that was always stuck in my gut. If anybody gets to work with those guys, they are going to end up paying $2,000 more than they should and none of the owners will call them back. I will never use them again.

I had a problem with the stove that needed to be worked on. They were very gracious to walk me through fixing the problem. I live a long way away from them, and they wait until they are coming out this way, so they do not have to charge me a service call. They have great customer service.

I went to one of their competitors and asked the salesperson about replacing my wood burning insert with a woodpellet unit. I talked to the salesman about how my old stove was installed in a firebox and he informed me that they would recommend ( maybe it was required i cant recall ) a new stove pipe to be run up inside of the old chimney and other etc. things and i got a cost from them for the complete install. Next i went to Brizee heating and AC and talked to Amber Futrell. I explained my situation to her also and got pricing for a wood pellet stove. Thier price was slightly lower for the complete job but not buy a signifigant amount, maybe 200 dollars. As we where finishing talking she mentioned if i had thought to put in a natural gas stove. I told her i didnt have gas service to my house and she asked where I lived and upon me telling her where she said there was sure to be gas just outside my house under the street. I told her I thought it would be expensive to put in the service and she informed me that it may cost nothing for me to get hooked up or very little. Wow i was amazed and they took care of getting me an extimate to install the gas ( it did cost me about 250 dollars because the ocation of the meter from the pipe was farther than the 37 feet from the street that you get for free). A gentleman by the name of Brian was sent to my house to help us frame out the area around the stove in a way that met all codes for our area, he was very helpful from start to finsih also. My overall experiance was very positive and they helped me every step of the way to get what i really wanted to begin with and that was a way of heating my house that didnt require hauling wood or pellets.
