"I must say that we are highly pleased with the work completed by Valor Home Solutions. Ammaron spent most of one day with us working on a plan as to what we wanted as a finished product. At the end of our meeting, we knew what to expect in regard to cost in material, labor, and quality of work. This project involved remodeling a very old bathroom. The old tub was removed, a new modern walk-in shower was installed with all new plumbing, a new floor was installed and deteriorated wood replaced where needed, and a new vanity was installed. Valor Home Solutions did an excellent job at keeping communication open throughout the project. Nothing was done without checking with us to make sure everything was to our expectations and satisfaction. "They came and looked at the roof and said they'd love to do the maintenance on the roof since they had installed it. I agreed they claimed to have replaced a few shakes oiled and tightened the rest. When I got home and looked It looked like all they had done was oil it since I could see staples still sticking up. Figured whatever they know what they're doing it must be fine. Then it rain a week or two later and the roof started leaking. I tried calling for weeks and they just ignored my calls. I had my wife call and they instantly answered. They said they'd come look at it again and claimed a seal was messed up where it was leaking and it had been fixed. Great happy again. Well it started leaking again in the exact same spot so I'm starting to think they never touched it to begin with. I'll never recommend them to anyone. This is a joke of a company."
