"communicated well,  exceeded our expectations on design.  workmanship was above expectations.  overall very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone interested in a patio.  would definitely use them again.  Covertech was recommended for getting permits, working within HOA guidelines, and meeting the homeowners expectations.

"Our new driveway, patio, walkways, and steps turned out amazing. They also installed and finished a retaining wall that looks perfect. Prices were reasonable and they were great to work with. The owner, Ryan, really seems to know what will look the best in the space provided and I appreciated his advice."

"I reached out to Angi’s list and was so lucky to connect with Mike! Mike promptly responded back to me and was able to help me get my moms gazebo put up that she had purchased on costco.com and they did not provide installation for. He was affordable and did a quick and thorough job. Based on her experience, we had him come out to our home to work on a faucet and a refrigerator. He also did a great job with us and I would highly recommend him and use him again. Thanks again, Mike"

Small jobs welcome

"Timely and quality service . Great value for time spent. We've had a lot of heavy rains since with no problems. Isaac moved away after replacing our shingles but I wish he were stille available as we had hoped to have him do more work for us."

"We were very fortunate to have Doug remodel two areas in our new home. He was friendly, cooperative, and flexible. He listened carefully to our ideas and concerns. His refinishing work was meticulous. His excellent work blended in with the original. We give him our highest recommendation."

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.

Professionals ensure safe, thorough repairs using quality materials, extending the life of your structure.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.

The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

Using concrete footers is the best way to secure a gazebo on a deck without drilling. The weight of the footers is more likely to hold your gazebo in place than other methods. You can also pour concrete into flower pots to create an aesthetically pleasing concrete footer or use concrete columns to make a statement.
