The company's main focus is on carpet and upholstery cleaning, but they also do re-installation. The estimate, which included quality padding, and cleaning after installation, was reasonable and we were impressed with Rob's professionalism. That's understandable in retrospect, as he has been with the company since 1991 and holds a “Master Textile Cleaner” Certification, according to the company's website. He arrived on time for the installation, completed the re-installation efficiently, and left the carpet looking cleaner than it ever had. We were very pleased. We will certainly hire A American Cleaning Bobs the next time we need carpet work done."

"i have been going to Bills (proprietor) leather cleaners for over ten years.    Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods.  i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT.   Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment  of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new.  Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else. "

"Highly recommend this company. The owner Logan was very responsive when we requested pricing and availability. When he arrived at our house he was very professional and knowledgable. We needed the carpet in our guest bedroom cleaned as we have a new renter moving in. There were a few tough stains from the previous renter that we weren't sure would come out but he recommended a few products that he said should work and sure enough the carpet looks new which saved us from having to replace it entirely. Logan followed up with us a few days later to see if we had any issues with the cleaning after the carpet dried. You really can't find that kind of customer service anymore. "J&J Solutions came to the rescue when the movers that were originally hired cancelled last minute. After calling every company I could find and not having any luck getting any help until after the holiday weekend, I came across their add and decided to give it a shot. Not only was Jeremiah extremely polite and professional but he made time to move my family into our new house and offered the services of cleaning the old one and all at a decent price. Compared to what I was already quoted by other companies J&J's was great and they also took the worries away with the old housecleaning. Jasper and his crew showed up a few minutes early then scheduled, which I appreciated! Jasper and his crew got us all moved out with care, organization, and in a timely manner. The housecleaning was done better then I would have done myself. After seeing the amazing cleaning job they did on the old house, I have hired them to come in and clean our house every two weeks. The whole team of J&J Solutions went over and beyond for my family and I!
