Both have excellent communication skills & did an exceptional job putting a recliner together shipped in a box. They removed tge old recliner as quoted in the price. The place was left cleaned up. I understand this is a small job for Equality Builders of Columbia Basin, but they both handled the job very professional. "I had a few plumbing jobs that Michael completed exceptionally well. First the initial meeting was great I told him the result I wanted and he advised me of how to get the those results, he was very patient and explained things. He gave me a written estimate and cost for everything broken down so I could pick and choose what I wanted done and what I could afford at the time. He fixed a broken pipe and installed an outside faucet, in addition I have had problems with the pipe installation of my irrigation system for the past 15 plus years I have lived at this location. Michael rerouted the pipes so the main water actually exited the home through the foundation and streamlined the entire system so it is lower to the ground, configured to reduce the risk of freezing and I am now able to access it easily. I also had him install a water softener and a mixer on the hot water tank. I really wanted a gas hot water tank and he explained why the cost of ventilating a gas water heater would not be in my best interest. The existing water tank was not installed per code so he redid the piping on the water heater so it is now per code. Over all I am really pleased with all the work and information Michael did at my home, he is very definitely "My Guy" for all plumbing needs."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"We are very satisfied with the new composite deck and cable railing installed by Bugle Construction. The finished product has exceeded our expectations! Mike was easy to work with from doing site survey and understanding what we wanted to have done, to providing an estimate and providing status of schedule to having crew on site. The install team of Bo (team lead), Cody, Jared & Chris did an excellent job with demolition of the old deck, repairing some water damage since the old deck did not contain any flashing to getting the new deck installed. We were warned ahead of time to expect some water damage due to lack of flashing. It was not as bad as it could have been. Bo was great to work with, answered any questions we had, explained what was being done & why, and was open to suggestions, etc. It was a collaborative process. He promised weâ d have a deck before July 4 and we did. Friends and neighbors who have seen the new deck are very impressed! I would highly recommend this company!"
