Discount Tire - Hayden

After having to return four (4) times for the same repair and having to confront the manager I realized that concern for the customer is a the bottom of Discount Tire's list, along with competency. Four time = many hours of waiting for the same repair and hey, boys and girls, the problem still exist... the manger said "bring it back in".

When you find the tire you want for your car and after you find that prices are fairly competitive in a given area... it is all about customer care and service.  The manger of this 'Discount Tire' store, Michael Jordan, is there for you.  He went out of his way getting me an adjustment with Michelin and special ordered the replacement tires.  The tires came in in two days and I was on my way.  Free rotation every 5k but most of all it was and is about Michael.  Kudos.

They are very professional and they give you the best deal on tires. They are fast. I trust them. They are a little pricey.

On Friday, May 23, I had just completed my grocery shopping at the local Hayden Walmart when I noticed my driver's side rear tire was half flat. Since I had purchased these tires from this Discount Tire and it was located only one block away, I decided to drive over and see if they could help me. The time was 6:10 PM. Ten minutes after closing. As I was leaving the parking lot to go to ae gas station, a manager came out of the employee door and signaled me drive to the bay door. He said he would remove my tire, replace it with my spare and I could pick up the repaired tire the next day. When the damaged tire was removed, a screw was found to be lodged in the sidewall meaning the tire needed replaced. Upon checking my receipt from the original purchase, he replaced the tire for only the cost of mounting and balancing. Fifteen minutes and ten dollars and I was on my way as good as new! So glad these guys helped me out!

After looking at tire reviews online and shopping all of the local providers, I found that Discount Tire had the tires that I wanted at the best price. They were able to get me in right away, install the tires quickly and get me out the door within the stated time frame. I am very happy with my tires and will definitely shop Discount Tire again when I need tires.

Great. Our family has purchased 4 sets of tires and snows over the last few years. They are much better in price than Les Schwab (I used to be a die hard Schwabbie) and their service is much better too. The Hayden Schwab will really need to step it up to even compete.
