At the end of our meeting, we knew what to expect in regard to cost in material, labor, and quality of work. This project involved remodeling a very old bathroom. The old tub was removed, a new modern walk-in shower was installed with all new plumbing, a new floor was installed and deteriorated wood replaced where needed, and a new vanity was installed. Valor Home Solutions did an excellent job at keeping communication open throughout the project. Nothing was done without checking with us to make sure everything was to our expectations and satisfaction. I paid him through Venmo $100 for the service and $20 for the parts he was going to buy. $120.00 all together. He said he would be back on Friday (tomorrow). I sent him a text the following day and told him if he could come out sooner because I was afraid the TV would wall off the wall. He said he would see if he could come out sooner to complete the job. I asked if I could get the $100 back and he could keep the $20 since I had found an actual professional to mount my TV on the wall. I never heard back from him."
