"The provider, Dylan Franz, was about 45 minutes late showing up. He brought another man with him. I thought all was going well, til I stepped out to check on his progress. The roof beams of the gazebo were damaged, especially one beam. I told Dylan this wasn’t acceptable and asked him how he was going to make this right. He suggested reinforcing the beam with another board, and he would come back after I ordered a replacement beam and replace it. I didn’t know what else to do, so I agreed, and he proceeded with the assembly. He knocked on my door around 9:30 pm to inform me that all was done and to give him a call, and he’d help me repair and correct the damage. I paid him, along with a tip for him and his fellow worker. The gazebo looked complete to my untrained eye. The sight was cleaned up with no extra materials or pieces left in sight. The cardboard boxes that the kit came in were all gone, so it looked like it was completed. I was going through the manual for the gazebo a few days later to get the item number for the damaged beam when I noticed additional items that were supposed to be on the roof. I’ve ordered and paid for the missing items, and now I am facing finding another provider to correct and complete the gazebo assembly. I’m left feeling scammed and very dissatisfied with my experience."

We work with all insurance carriers and we make sure that only the best technicians and subcontractors are working in your home.

"DO NOT use Northwest Disaster Services for any contract work!!!!! His original quote was $3200 to refinish our garage after a roof leak. All they did was the demolition and my family completed the rest of the work. We reported him to the BBB 8 months after the initial claim just to get him to call us back. He took us to court and sued us for the ENTIRE amount of the quote and the State gave it to him. He just got paid for work he NEVER performed. The State said we were obligated to pay him and then sue him for any money we were owed for non-completion. However, since he sued us first we don't have the right to counter sue apparently and he walks away with his $3200 and $700 in interest for work he NEVER did. The mediation in the court is a joke, it does not have the consumer rights staked any where, you are put in a position of duress to agree to mediation and threatened that the judge will believe his computer print out "proof" of work completed and not our photographs. NORTHWEST DISASTER IS A SCAM"

"Michael Knight came with his helper and told me the fix would just be a bandaid and that i needed all my pipes replaced. he was in my house 30min and charged me $475.00. He had the check cashed within 20 mins of leaving my house. My brother in law called the Company and spoke to a receptionist who said she would relate the message to the owner , we are still waiting for a call back. I had a plumbing inspector come to my house , and he gave me the name of a trustworthy plumber and he told me the repair should not have been more than $200.and i was charged more than double. so don't ever call Knight plumbing as you will get ripped off."

Asbestos siding on its own doesn’t present a health risk. Asbestos fibers only become airborne when you disturb the material.
