AMMERMAN'S

I was very impressed with Ammerman's from the minute I walked into the shop. I ended up at Ammerman's after a very long and frustrating search of all the four-by-four shops in the Treasure Valley. The work I needed done on my Rodeo was actually very simple but none of the bigger name shops seemed interested in helping me. What impressed me about Ammerman's was the tech/mechanic's words: "We're not afraid of any job." While my vehicle was up on the rack. I decided to have a performance muffler installed. To my delight, the tech had two different mufflers and actually had me listen to each do that I could get the exact exhaust note I wanted. It is for that that I decided to have them install a custom exhaust on my Acura. As before, I was asked to approve the installation options before completed. The total price for the custom system (cat back) was far below other estimates I found.
I take pride in my vehicles from bumper to bumper and that includes how they sound. Very pleased with the cost and results on both my vehicles.
A final observation is that while I was waiting for the work to be completed on the Acura, a customer came in wanting some major exhaust modifications on his full size truck/camper. The shop owner, Tom, went over all his concerns and requirement and ended up recommending something that was more efficient and less costly than the customer had originally asked for. Ammerman's has my business and vote of confidence.

The repair went well.  The service manager researched all possible options before recommending a repair rather than a full replacement.  All work was done on time and on budget.  Shop is clean and the guys are great to work with.

Minivan breaks were squeaking a lot louder than usual. Called and was able to get in right away. They checked the breaks immediately, found a piece of gravel and removed it, and then called to let us know that after thoroughly checking the breaks they looked great. They gave us an estimate on how long both front and back should last and didn't charge us anything. Very pleasant to work with.
