"To Whom it May concern: Northwest Disaster Services performed $2,878.33 of work at the [Member Name Removed] home during "Snowmageddon" 2017. The client pocketed the insurance money and did not pay NWDS for the work they performed. More than a year later, on July 19, 2018, NWDS was awarded $3200 to cover the price of the invoice plus interest and court costs (case # CV01 18 07227). This is a simple case of someone trying to slander our name because they were forced to pay for the work that our company performed. In addition, we chose not to pursue charges of insurance fraud, even though it would have been justified. Please refer to the reviews of the many happy customers that NWDS has each year if you are ever in need of assistance. Thank you."
