DO NOT use Northwest Disaster Services for any contract work!!!!! His original quote was $3200 to refinish our garage after a roof leak. All they did was the demolition and my family completed the rest of the work. We reported him to the BBB 8 months after the initial claim just to get him to call us back. He took us to court and sued us for the ENTIRE amount of the quote and the State gave it to him. He just got paid for work he NEVER performed. The State said we were obligated to pay him and then sue him for any money we were owed for non-completion. However, since he sued us first we don't have the right to counter sue apparently and he walks away with his $3200 and $700 in interest for work he NEVER did. The mediation in the court is a joke, it does not have the consumer rights staked any where, you are put in a position of duress to agree to mediation and threatened that the judge will believe his computer print out "proof" of work completed and not our photographs. NORTHWEST DISASTER IS A SCAM

To Whom it May concern: Northwest Disaster Services performed $2,878.33 of work at the [Member Name Removed] home during "Snowmageddon" 2017. The client pocketed the insurance money and did not pay NWDS for the work they performed. More than a year later, on July 19, 2018, NWDS was awarded $3200 to cover the price of the invoice plus interest and court costs (case # CV01 18 07227). This is a simple case of someone trying to slander our name because they were forced to pay for the work that our company performed. In addition, we chose not to pursue charges of insurance fraud, even though it would have been justified. Please refer to the reviews of the many happy customers that NWDS has each year if you are ever in need of assistance. Thank you.

This job went very well from beginning to end. Gary Botts was punctual, polite, respectful of my property, and very clean. The damage to the bathroom floor was more serious than originally thought and I was kept updated on the progress. I highly recommend Northwest Disaster Services.
Description of Work
Repaired floor in master bathroom due to water damage. Removed toilet, vinyl, and base molding. Removed deteriorated subfloor. Subfloor, underlayment, vinyl and base replaced.
