Looks Great!

Did a great job trimming up my very overgrown trees and shrubs, pulled out a big landscape island of old ivy type stuff. It looks so fresh and clean now.

He did an awesome job removing a tree from a tight spot next to house and fence. I would highly recommend him and will be calling them again for future work.

The paint job was not professionally done. I asked a few professional cabinet painters to inspect the work completed by Metropolitan Brothers and give me a bid so that I can have the job redone. They all agreed that the cabinets were not prepped properly, were not sanded properly, and that the job was poorly done (paint not applied properly, dripping paint, brush marks, paint on appliances, missing spots, holes that shouldn't have ever been put in and were not patched properly (when he put in the new hinges), paint inside cupboards, paint on glass backsplash, paint on hinges, etc.). They all said that to fix the work, it would require much more than just a touch-up. The cabinet doors (which I purchased new for this project) will need to be sanded down and redone, which will cost more to fix than if I had hired someone else from the beginning.

Job was done in a timely manner. Every step was communicated and well explained. Great work ethics and quality work. 5+ service, will utilize again! Thank you!

Initially okay. After he realized he had way underestimated his costs, his effor and attention to detail went downhill quickly. A year later and we still have not been able to move into the addition. We finally got rid of him and now find out that most of the bathroom plumbing and construction work was a wasted effort and it will take another 25,000 to make it right using the correct professionals which he should have done in the first place. I do not trust his company and would never, ever consider him to do any work of any kind ever again. He was a promiser of big things but could not deliver and nearly ruined part of the new addition with his inept work.

Everything went great, showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Payed attention to all the details! Made sure we were ok with what they done so far before continuing to the next project. We are very happy with the results.
