"It turned out good. It took them a long time to get the gift card to me but other than that everything went fine. Every time I talked to somebody I would tell them it's an Angie's List Big Deal and I think that some place along the line somebody didn't pay attention to that. I don't know if there's a commission involved on the other end or something, so I had to call back two or three times to get it all finished up and get the gift card and I think they even had to have a refund. It was a little bit of a hustle. It took a lot of time for the right person to get what I needed."

Once the work and budget was decided on, it went very smoothly. Ben did the majority of the work and he was very kind, professional, and open about what tasks were happening that day. I liked that they cleaned as they worked especially since it was a small space and my only bathroom in the house.
