"They were awesome. They asked for a 50% deposit to purchase supplies. Within a few days they were at the house and working on the roof. They provided me with pictures of what they found after removing the roofing from the problem area. Ryan asked me to call him at my convenience. When I called he explained each picture to me and what needed to be done to fix the problem. They purchased extra supplies they found they needed (which they did not charge me for). They began work around 10 am and the job was completed around 7 pm. They provided pictures of the completed project as well. Ryan told me he would be back in a few days to verify everything was okay and put down an additional sealant. I felt they were very professional the whole time.
