The truck broke down, and he is hospitalized according to him. and he cannot be preceded. I am now waiting for my money back. They said they would refund my money 3 or 4 times now, and have yet to follow through. Poor communication, and they have yet to give me a firm date as to when I can expect my money back"

"I?m torn with this company. They did a great job cutting our trees. I had a sprinkler zone that wasn?t working and since their website said they do sprinklers I had them do that too. After a few hours they fixed the problem but said they found another problem. They came back and spent several hours fixing the new problem. Since then, my grass has turned brown. I called them back and spoke with Lisa who said they?d come the next day. The next day came and no one stopped by, no one called. Three weeks later still nothing. So I tried fixing it myself, which sucks after spending $1,200 to have it professionally fixed. TLDR; Great at cutting trees. Not a Great experience with customer service and the sprinklers. "

"We had a problem with our overgrown oak tree in the front yard severely overhanging over the street as well as limbs over our gutter and our backyard tree that is about 50 feet high that had many limbs overhanging the chimney as well as the gutter. Believe me, I interviewed and got bids from 4 contractors. A friend told me about Chandler Tree Service, and recommended I get a bid from them. I selected Chandler, and it was the best decision I made. Not only did I get an extremely competitive bid, but I couldn't have been more impressed with their work. A crew of 6 showed up at my door today, on time, and met with me to review again exactly what they were planning to do with both trees. And boy did they go to work. They used boards on my lawn to ensure it was protected from their lift. They did more work, that's right, more work, than what they told me they were going to do, and it was awesome. They cleaned up every limb, twig, and leave that came off my tree. I simply could not believe it. Their bid never changed, and I paid them with a check after they thanked me for the work. I never met Devin Chandler or his crew before he came over to make the initial bid on the work on my trees. Folks, I did my homework. You would be nuts to go with any other Tree Trimming Service. They do great work, are extremely competitive, and have the highest integrity in their work! Thank you Devin Chandler!!! "This was the first year our HOA hired anyone to put up Christmas lights. Travis was very nice and Professional. The cost was a little high but that is expected because we had to buy all the lights. There was a delay on getting them all up because they didn't have enough lights in stock. They were very pretty once they were all up. We did have another mishap when a big truck came through and snagged the lights and pulled them out of one of the trees but Travis got someone over to fix them pretty quickly."
