Starting July first (2026) I will be charging $60 per hour for handyman work, or if a fixed job price is better for you, I can stop by and get you a quote.

I can't say enough good things about the experience I have had with Mikita Construction.  I would recommend them to anyone.  In fact, I did!  My mom is currently using Paul for a bathroom remodel and it looks great!  I know its hard to find good, reliable contractors out there. He documented all structural repairs with photos. Dan advised on how to proceed on repairs after the structural engineer had given his report. I had water damage that involved ripping the entire bath tub area and sub floor out with structural studs needing replacement. We never met face to face only by phone and email.
