He worked with us to pick the best option. When the install date arrived it was snowing heavily. He called and asked if we preferred to delay (but said he'd be right over if we wanted the appointment). We rescheduled for two days later when it was snowing lightly. He called again to ask if we wanted him to come and we said, "sure". He was very careful not to track in snow even though he had to make several trips in and out. When he left the installation was professionally done and we were impressed that the area was cleaner than when he arrived.

I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Alex at Glassdoctor. I initiated a service request via their website and received a prompt response to schedule my service. I received a call when they headed out to my house. They arrived on time and got my windshield changed out and handled all the insurance paperwork. I would definitely hire them again!

Fine. They did the installation about a half-day late because of weather, forgetting a ladder, and having to get more film than expected. They finished quickly and with no problems. Left the two rooms as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.

Just before the New Year I had a second story arch window fail and fall out of its mounting. While I was able to seal the opening from the weather I needed a replacement fast. Based on a Angie's list search I found Glass Doctor of Southern Idaho. The folks there responded the same day I called them and were able to provide a replacement in 2 days. I am grateful for their quick response and professionalism. Their folks were great and they really did fix my Paynes. I would recommend them whole heartily. Thanks Rich Link

We made an appointment and they came out right on time. The windows were measured and we were told he would get back to us with a few options. We received the quotes with the options, chose the one we wanted and they scheduled the appointment to install. Installation day came and the person installing was very professional, nice and worked hard to get all the windows replaced. After each installation he cleaned the windows. The change was dramatic...when you looked through them it was like there was no glass. I was very happy and no longer embarrassed with the cloudy looking glass we once had.
