"I liked that their customer service kept me updated as to when they were coming and asked if any concerns. I had electrical and plumbing work done and both jobs were done to my satisfaction. The workers were all very friendly, observed safety precautions in regards to Covid-19. Normally I would have had to wait for a long time for repairs, but the plumbing was done the next morning after I called them, and the electrical was done a few days later. "Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."
