During the remodeling projects, our expertise ranges from excavation/concrete foundation layout through every phase of restoration to provide a structurally sound, finished, well-trimmed, seamless amendment to existing structures. The scope of our clientele’s requirements have spanned from simple one-room remodels to entire household’s complete renovations. The budget constraints for such projects correspond to our client’s ability and vision, with no less detail and service being given to simple structural changes than to the more extensive, innovatively up-scale renovations. Our experience has enabled us to oversee any size project from start to turnkey. We provide initial visits and estimates free of charge. All our projects are initiated by written contracts where all billing and change order procedures are explained. We can provide references from out past satisfied customers. Bigwood Construction is a family owned small business owned by Jake and Jene' Bussard. Jake is the general contractor with seven+ years of experience mostly in the kitchen and bath remodel area. Also Jake is an excellent trim carpenter, as well an overall carpenter. We are licensed, bonded, and insured as a general contractor (lic#CC BIGWOC*899QA). Our company currently has no employees, so Jake is on-site everyday, and if help is ever needed he has multiple other contracters that he uses as needed. All quotes are free of charge and billing is generally 60% downpayment and the other 40% upon completion and cutomer walk-through. We are a fun, honest, and trustworthy company, with the motto" There's not a problem that can't be fixed!".
