Creative Renovations offers specialty experience in restoring vintage homes to new functionality while preserving the old world charm. During the remodeling projects, our expertise ranges from excavation/concrete foundation layout through every phase of restoration to provide a structurally sound, finished, well-trimmed, seamless amendment to existing structures. The scope of our clientele’s requirements have spanned from simple one-room remodels to entire household’s complete renovations. The budget constraints for such projects correspond to our client’s ability and vision, with no less detail and service being given to simple structural changes than to the more extensive, innovatively up-scale renovations. Our experience has enabled us to oversee any size project from start to turnkey. We provide initial visits and estimates free of charge. All our projects are initiated by written contracts where all billing and change order procedures are explained. We can provide references from out past satisfied customers.
