"Work was done with poor craftsmanship. We are left to fix his screw ups. Did not pay bills to subs. We currently have two liens in our home for his nonpayment. Thankfully we have title insurance. He went way beyond the timelines. Was supposed to be done in May .. finally signed in October. Can not believe a word out of his mouth."
