Depending on the project we do different type of billing. If the project is relatevely not large(painting a house, building a deck etc.) we do not ask for a down payment and bill the customer on the completion of the job.If the project is larger and requires more materials,we do ask for the material down payment(around 30%) Then the rest after the job is done.Depending on the servise requested we do offer different type of special promotions. And yes we can sub-contract.

"He did a job for our commercial building and was paid in full. He told us that it was to cold to finish the job so he would come back in when the weather warmed up. The money paid to him INCLUDED finishes and touch ups. There is a 4' spot on the eaves that are not finished, overspray ALL over the front of the building, railings unfinished and about 4-5 spots around the building that have spots missed (obvious spots)! We have text him 3 times this year to come and finish but he never replies. Unprofessional communication and leaving a job unfinished but taking the payment! We are now hiring a new company to complete the job."

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel questions, answered by experts

The most expensive part of remodeling a house is often the kitchen, which can cost $15,000 to $41,000. Kitchen remodeling may require new plumbing, electrical wiring, countertops, appliances, and cabinets, all of which can be pricey. One way to remodel a kitchen on a budget is to keep your old appliances instead of buying new ones.

In many cases, yes, replacing a bathtub with a shower will lower a house's value. Prospective homebuyers, especially families with small children, tend to want at least one bathtub in a home. If you only have one bathroom, it's wise not to remove the tub. If you want the best of both worlds, and your bathroom layout allows for it, consider installing a freestanding bathtub as well as a standalone shower.

In most cases, it is safe to stay in a house while renovating. However, you should take precautions if there is active construction going on. You should keep the main living area separate from the construction zone, and make sure animals and kids don’t have access to any dangerous equipment. It’s not safe to stay in a home that’s having asbestos removed.

There are many ways to save money on your bathroom remodel—you don’t just have to rely on DIY. Proper planning and savvy design strategies can cut costs considerably. Save on pricey items like tiles and tubs by shopping sales and at discount stores. Alternatively, avoid major renovation work and focus on making affordable but impactful smaller changes such as upgrading hardware, installing new lighting, and introducing stylish but economical accessories.

Depending on the type of renovations needed, the cost to build an ADA bathroom ranges between $700 and $8,050. On average, most homeowners pay around $4,375 for this remodel. This type of remodeling requires following strict ADA accessibility guidelines to ensure a universal design.
