"I’ve used Green’s many times over the past 18+ years (furnace, AC, etc.) and have always received great service. I was just at my mother’s house to let the technician in to repair her stove. They called me approximately 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know we were next up for service, and then again when the technician was on his way. They also sent me a text with an introduction to the technician (including a photo) so I would know who to look for. When Ty arrived at the door, he put booties on over his work boots to keep the carpet clean, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. He figured out the problem quickly and gave me a price (down to the penny, including tax) for the work before replacing the igniter. He fixed the stove and even cleaned up the burners so they would work better. This company is extremely professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

I have used them for the last 25 years. I have service with them twice a year, one for my heating and another time for my cooling. They have always been great, that's why I stay with them. I have a maintenance contract. It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour. They are professional.

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

Cass came out, checked my gutters which they looked fine, put me on the schedule to have them cleaned out, before I knew it the two younger gentlemen were here and ready to go in fixing and cleaning my gutters. They were so sweet and pleasant to work with. They even picked up the nails that were left in the gutters clogging stuff up to make sure I didn't step in them or my dog. They told me the recommendation on when to have my gutters cleaned and they made sure everything is good to go. I told them they are my go to guys! I highly recommend them...great team work and honest too."
