My furnace went out yesterday (1/4/23) I tried calling a few different companies but no answer. West answered right away, had a member of his team at my house within 2 hours and figured out my furnace was no longer able to be ran. They worked with me on trying to figure out a solution. Found a furnace to replace mine for a decent price the next day (1/5/23) so rather quickly to get my family back into my house. As a single mom it is hard to find honest companies as they tend to try and take advantage. That is absolutely not the case with West and I am beyond happy with how much they care about their customers and providing excellent service. I only had to come up with 5he cost of a unit today and they will work with me on paying the cost of materials and labor off. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company!

My furnace went out and West Heating was there within an hour! They made sure to take care of me because they know how important it is to have heat during these cold days. Anytime I had questions Izzaic was able to answer me immediately and never once left me hanging. I would definitely recommend if you like fast, friendly, and affordable service!

I have used WestHeating and cooling for the past few years. I have found them to be both honest and professional. My last project was the sanctuary of our church. They were so clean and polite to our staff whenever in the building… I would rate them a ten for great.

The things I like about roger are: That he is very honest, consciences, and reliable. He does great work and is always a little more affordable than anyone else.

I have used Roger and his company for over 5 years now. Roger has installed well over 50 furnaces for our company, probably pushing 100 now. He has done everything from new construction, to re-running new ductwork in historical restoration work. He can install fireplaces and also to run of the mill seasonal servicing work. I am an easy guy to please if you do 2 things: 1.) Do what you say you will do 2.) Follow up with me. Roger is always on time, honest and the best value for your money. I cannot recommend any of the subcontractors I have worked with in the last 6 years higher than Roger.
