"We are sorry to hear about your experience! Our estimates are delivered based on the individual's personal preference. It is usually done via e-mail since it is the quickest and most convenient, but we also do via video call, regular phone call, and in-person. Beginning in April, we started to make our potential and current clients aware that we are implementing precautionary measures for their safety and ours by wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers, and also disinfecting all of our cleaning supplies. We looked through the estimates we have created for the past two months but we did not run across any for you or the address you have provided. There is another local cleaning company in Iowa with a similar name to ours, I wonder if they were helping you. Nevertheless, we hate that your experience was not what you were expecting.
