A special shout-out to their senior moving specialist, Ms. Rachel Johnson who have done a phenomenal job to us from beginning, in-between, and through the end of the moving process. She was so responsive with any questions we asked. She made sure that we feel valued and have assured us that we will be taken care of. True enough, she was always there to answer any questions. She made sure that we were followed up by the dispatchers and that we have received a call from the moving company driver/owner who will pick up our goods. She never left us during the entire moving process. We were scammed by the first moving company we hired, so we were skeptical at first.
