"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"Aside from the weather being uncooperative, Rick and his crew did a great job of getting the job done. They did the roof in one day and the gutters were done 2 days later, which only took a few hours. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The job looks great and now it no longer rains inside my house. If I were to ding them on a few things, I'd say the magnetic cleanup wasn't done well (I'm still finding roofing nails around the yard) and Rick sometimes didn't get back to me right away when I'd call. These were minor items and are certainly offset by the great work and quick speed on the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I'd refer them to any friends or family in need of roofing services. Overall I'd give them an A-.
