I decided to give them a try and am so glad I did. Scott provides excellent customer service and will make multiple trips on heavy snowfalls to ensure the snow is removed. "We actually had tried to hire Mick to take down an almost 60-ft-tall tree that fell over in a storm the year before, and had he been available, we would have saved a LOT of money!  We paid another company $3000 to remove the tree (it had to be done quickly as it was lying on top of our neighbor's roof), but Mick would have done the job for around $1000.
