"Over the years, Josh has done multiple sodding projects for me and my wife. Because he has always done an exceptional job at sodding, we decided to give him a go at installing a retaining wall to create a raised garden. Again, they did a fantastic job at that project and we asked Josh to remove and replace a broken slab at the rear of our house. Tyler, an exceptional foreman, along with James and Austin, two incredibly talented and conscientious men, removed the old slab, cleaned and prepped the area and installed a new slab (including rebar - a forgotten and important piece of any concrete work, especially in an area such as Iowa,) as well as a stone border of a backyard garden, all virtually within 2 days. When they left, they had groomed the entire area, seeded the exposed areas, assisted my wife with adding and leveling dirt, removed all their trash-and mine as well. We initially contacted just the top two Foundation Repair Experts listed on Angie's List because we can't afford to have our home repaired by anyone who lacks the proper credentials, staff, tools, training, techniques, supplies, 25 year transferrable warranty, and the hands on experience to deliver all services as promised. We are extremely pleased with the final results to take back our homes basement from poor workmanship done by the original builder and owner of our home back in 1979 We purchased the home in 2001 and unknown to us the foundation had been placed on top of clay based sub-soil which was an acceptable building practice back in 1979. Today's building codes prohibit this careless and costly practice of home site preparation for the homeowner.
