The two guys were very fast, efficient and cleaned up all of the mess. There was damage to one window screen, one panel of the patio door and missing part for the door which they are replacing and taking care of it for us. We were very pleased.

They did an acceptable, but not a fabulous job.  I think they did a good job on the inside and an okay job on the outside of the windows.  I won't use them again because I'm moving out of the area, but I probably would use them.

They were on time; they came when they said they would. I?m still going through the process of collecting quotes for this job but I thought Pella was outrageously expensive. On the quote, there was only a grand total rather than it being broken down by individual window prices.

In the end we ended up getting 2 new doors, new siding, all new windows, great looking siding, new gutters, new soffits, new facia, new roofing, new front porch, and an entirely new look to our old house.
