Sunroom or Patio Enclosure Building Service
We are extremely unsatisfied with our 4 season sunroom built by Midwest Construction. We have had one issue after another. We have had rain water gushing in our new windows onto our new flooring, gutters leaking all over, sunroom is built out of square, wind blows right in, etc. For as much money as we spent on our sunroom we feel we got a very poor quality product. Although the subcontractor and service guy have been great to work with we would not recommend these sunrooms . We have been contacting this company for 2 months now since it was built but still do not have solutions to these problems we have been having.

"Good day Dawn, We are sorry you are not happy. I have spoken with our Sunroom Production Manager and our Service Department on your project. We have also reached out to our manufacturer to inform them of the issues you had during a recent window and driving rain storm. we have built over 1,000 rooms in Iowa since 1986 and have never had this issue. Our service department has an appointment to come out and go over the window units and weep systems. We are confident you will many years of enjoyment in your All Season Sunroom."

This company does not stand behind their workmanship. They replaced two windows in my house under warranty, but they put the windows in badly and want to charge us a fee to correct their error. Will never hire this company ever again for this and many other reasons not related to this specific review.

"Good day David, With out a last name it is hard to look you up as a customer. We do have company policies such as a trip charge for our service department, like many companies do. If we truly installed your windows incorrectly those changes would have been addressed before payment. We are here to service what we sell unfortunately there is a trip charge. all parts and labor are free. Best Regards"

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
We not only hired them for our home, but had them side our parents' home. They installed windows in both homes as well. Everyone is reliable, efficient, and very service-oriented. Would consider no one else to do this kind of work.
