Most of the companies were not able to do the work because it was too big of a job. Better Basements' quote was around $30,000 to replace 3 foundation walls and install a sump pump. The owners and crew were very professional. The work was completed correctly and on-time. There was one surprise during demolition when we discovered a bump out on the first floor was just floating. They had to add more footings to support this so the price went up by a couple thousand. I thought this was fair. The new basement is dry and stable.
