"Tim was fantastic from start to finish! We found him on Angie's list called to set up an appointment for an estimate and he was able to come out the same day (3/10/15), we were so impressed with him and his estimate, we gave the go ahead that same night. Tim was upfront and said it may take up to 2 months to do the work - but a cancellation occurred on the weekend and he called and asked if we would be ok with him coming out on Monday. We said sure, especially since our son pointed out where a leak had occurred in our new kitchen ceiling. Tim said they would be here between 7:30 and 8 a.m. on Monday morning.
At 7:25 Monday morning Tim and his team showed up and started working right away, protecting our landscaping and just getting to it. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and how well they worked together. Tim said they would be done by 12:30/1 p.m. and I am sure they were.
The roof looks so much better without the chimney's and the ripples (from the age) and the smooth lines with no roof vents, it almost looks like a different house. Add the new seamless gutters and you have 2 very happy homeowners.
And it rained today - no leak in the kitchen! Absolutely Fabulous!

"They couldn't deliver, they specified items that after months of waiting, they could never deliver. In the mean time, they directed me to have plumbing rough and done, and then when they couldn't deliver the system for which the plumbing was done, I now have to spend several thousand dollars having the plumbing redone for another system that I found out on my own. The design was okay, some of their ideas were spot on, some of them were way off but ultimately they just couldn't deliver after holding $10,000 of my money for over 2 months. I am currently in a dispute with them with American Express because they still haven't credited me back the money I paid them to purchase things that they never delivered."
