We did get or sign a contract everything was on our/their word which I would do differently next time just to keep expectations clear, we didn’t really have any issues from that though I wasn’t sure if I was reminding them of things or they just hadn’t gotten to them yet, but they did everything they said they would plus. The basement looks awesome and we are very happy. Just a few last minute touch ups on the walls that I’m going to redo myself I’m pretty picky. These guys showed up every time they said they would which was the most impressive. They got back with me on every text I sent by next day and they couldn’t have been a nicer. I don’t know how their costs compare, they were in our price range and we really liked the guys so we went with them. Very happy with how it all turned out."
