"They did a great job. The lead person took lots of time to answer any and all of my questions while going over the estimate and during construction. I was never pressured to make a decision on materials or to hire them for the project. Only took 1-1/2 days for the entire project. They were always courteous and friendly and worked very well together as a team. The finished roof looks really nice. They had huge dropcloths to help catch the old roof material, besides the dumpster, and removed the debris from each area as they finished with it.  The clean up was awesome. Haven't found any stray nails at all. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs.

"We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years. "Our home was damaged in the derecho; roof, soffit, fascia, and some other items. Our insurance initially didn't approve replacing almost anything. We were having difficulty getting contractors to work with us because insurance hadn't approved larger repairs. that was until Window Depot came and assessed our roof and other damage. They worked with our insurance to get a lot more approved and gave us reasonable quotes for fixing all of it together. we thought it would take a while to get the work completed as we only finalized in March. The roof was fully replaced and all the soffit/fascia were installed already in April. Everything looks better than it did before and would definitely use them again for roofing, siding, or windows in the future"

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
