"My project was 9 anchors to be installed in a 1955 house at the bottom of a steep hill. We have brought in 40 truckloads of dirt-well tamped and terraced the yard with limestone walls and 4 french drains. Should have done the anchors first but did not so much of the delicate landscaping had to be preserved on top of it all to complicate matters. I was nervous but the project went so beautifully and they compromised with me to maintain the character of the house. Everyone worked hard all day. Bill Bothwell was a gem and totally understood all of my concerns. He needs a raise in pay. Chris Warren who initially evaluated the project day one was great, too. He answered all of my questions even days later as I had time to think out how this was all going to effect future projects that will be happening like an addition. My yard is nice and neat and tidy-you would not know major construction happened. I am a very picky person and my landscape is happy, too. The team is great! I cannot applaud them enough! The price was super fair!"

"Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. "The only reason this company gets an overall grade of C and not an F is because they are prompt and professional with emails, phone calls and showing up on time. We contacted this company (1 of 3 companies) to help us assess why we were having water issues in our basement, mostly in one concentrated area where our furnace, water heater and water softener are located. Long story short, the sales person assessed that we needed a very expensive sump pump. He also tried to sell us every other thing imaginable related to repairing basement water issues. By the time his bid was done, it was sitting at $17,000! He was very professional and took the time to look around in the basement and had an impeccable computer presentation but we were shocked at the upsell. Since then, we've had 2 other consultations with the 3rd one being today. When we told today's salesman about our issues, he said he had really good news for us. He said the water issues we were having was more than likely a clogged floor drain. So he asked if he could turn on the water softener (which is normally programmed to run at night), and we said sure. Once he turned it on, the floor drain began to overflow. He asked us to watch it through it's cycle which takes about an hour. He left and sure enough, after about 45 minutes, I heard it at it's loudest point and went down to find water all over the floor in that area. So what will thankfully only cost us a minimal amount could have cost us thousands of dollars had we went with Thrasher."

"Our driveway tear out and replacement went great. Crew got there about 10 am and immediately started to work on the demo. By the end of the day, they had removed all the old concrete in the driveway and front stoop, framed in the new drive and stoop, lain the sub-grade, and installed the rebar. They were back first thing the next morning to pour the concrete and finished before noon. Mike also put in wider expansion joints to combat the "street creep" that was the cause of our driveway and minor structural issues. We had an old basketball hoop set in concrete that that they removed for us and filled the hole in with dirt. My wife couldn't believe how fast the crew worked during the whole process and they did an excellent job of cleaning up both days they were there. I did have a bid that was $200 lower than but it didn't include rebar. Very satisfied with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
