I know it can be tough to make time do things that are let's say "a pain." I've been a landlord for 7 years and I have had to do many repairs. My painting skills are decent as result as well. I've had to do a number of clean outs. I've replaced flooring, windows, built decks, cut down trees (smaller trees) and I've done landscaping projects. I can haul things away or do heavy lifting. Just let me know if you need some help with something and we'll go from there.

In a little over 2 years, I decided to dabble in the superintendent role which meant running a remote shop hundreds of miles away from the main facility. I quickly learned how stressful the industry can be, but also how rewarding it is being the last person to talk to the homeowner and always leaving with a new friend.
