Hired for one time cleaning, Very professional and nice

Destiny was fantastic, good communication, setting the job up, very hard worker knew what she was doing, and took care of the business at hand.

Destiny was great. She came on short notice and did a great job cleaning the walls. Plan to have her do some work for me.

On time, friendly, methodically worked until job was complete. Asked me to check the areas to make sure I was satisfied. Which I was!!One Great Big Plus...she washed my windows on the inside!!! We made plans for her to do a general clean and wash outside windows next month. I'm thrilled!!!

I hired Destiny to clean my kitchen and she did not clean thoroughly, and missed the lower cabinets and floor. Her prices are outrageous at $200 an hour. Not worth it! She is a total rip-off! I had to clean up after her! She left the floor filthy dirty with a greasy mess from moving the refrigerator out. She kept trying to separate parts of the kitchen and quote them as another job. For example, I had a floor-to-ceiling kitchen cabinet and she tried to call it a pantry and quote more money for the "pantry". As well as the inside of the oven and the range hood light bulb--she tried to call an overhead light. She brought a man with her as some kind of trainee but he did nothing but sit & watch. This made me feel uncomfortable because there were two of them. I was in a vulnerable position as she kept separating parts of the job and kept saying "walls will be more money, stove top will be more money. I just needed my entire kitchen to be move-in ready! She did not bring all the supplies she needed to do my job. She used my stepstool and left it dirty. She missed the outside of the refrigerator as well. She did not pull out my stove or even remove the bottom drawer of the stove revealing a huge mess on the floor under the stove. I hired someone else from a local company and it took them 4.5 hours to finish the kitchen that she left dirty!

I needed both bathrooms, pantry and garage to be cleaned as move out ready. They were all in bad shape, especially the garage. I called Radiant Results and Destiny and Freddy were there within 24 hours. They even cleaned my refrigerator. They made what I considered a daunting and miserable job look easy. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
