We are a custom design build home contracting firm with over 60 years of experience. New home price can be expected to be at $350,000 to start depending on finish chosen. Other expertise are: Kitchen Design/ remodel and Dealer for high quality cabmient from https://crestwood-inc.com , handicap accessibility remodels; we are a Certified aging in place specialist, whole house remodels, exterior install/ maintenance, decks, additions and bath remodels With our experience we have solutions to about any design delimias you may encounter WE ARE HOME EXPERTS and provide value for every $$ you allow us to work with
"I had them replace my roof the work does seems good but there crew left my gutters damaged I feel that when they give you a price for labor and materials that should be the price I should not have to pay extra material and labor cost this was not hidden damage they just did not have enough material and I could not tell if all material that was delivered first time was the amount in the quote they Did not any invoices from there suppliers actually did not, break down extra cost till I asked for it. I am an electrician by trade if I gave them a price for wiring a house and needed an extra 500ft. Of wire to complete the job I am sure they would tell me to bad you did not figure enough wire. All I am saying not having all material delivered to a job site and then bring in extra is a an old trick to get a little extra out of a client I am not saying this is what they did I cannot prove it either way but I have heard of this happening just watch your contractor."
