It feels so clean and bright and I don't even want to shut the shutters. Dust Bunny even stopped by to ensure that we were happy. It's a very hot day and I felt bad for them working in the heat, but they were quick and patient and happy that we were happy."

"Over 6 months after the initial window install before I finally have a fully installed and functioning window system. I did the 12 months 0% financing, so they got their money up front through the loan company and I had no leverage to get the project completed. The sales rep was pushy about signing the paperwork that day to lock in a discounted rate. Broken windows were repeatedly not fixed and kept having to reach out to corporate to get anything to move. No english from the installation crew who left a mess outside my house. Large wood pieces, aluminum, broken glass, old window springs, and spray foam were left scattered around my yard. Wrong replacement materials were ordered by the project manager further delaying my project. Constantly had to reach out to corporate to keep everything moving as the local office could've cared less. Multiple late arrivals for scheduled appointments with out warning. Completely unacceptable service."
