Your Home Improvement Company

Over 6 months after the initial window install before I finally have a fully installed and functioning window system. I did the 12 months 0% financing, so they got their money up front through the loan company and I had no leverage to get the project completed. The sales rep was pushy about signing the paperwork that day to lock in a discounted rate. Broken windows were repeatedly not fixed and kept having to reach out to corporate to get anything to move. No english from the installation crew who left a mess outside my house. Large wood pieces, aluminum, broken glass, old window springs, and spray foam were left scattered around my yard. Wrong replacement materials were ordered by the project manager further delaying my project. Constantly had to reach out to corporate to keep everything moving as the local office could've cared less. Multiple late arrivals for scheduled appointments with out warning. Completely unacceptable service.

Our installers were fantastic - James Kast and Jake Wright were punctual and cleaned up nightly. Our new windows look awesome! Canâ t wait to feel the difference in the winter and summer months.

They replaced all the windows in our home. 2 have never worked properly (allow moisture in). They refuse to correct them and ignore my attempts to communicate. Disappointed and frustrated.

A++!!! Andy Sahlberg was very good about explaining everything to me. I had them put 14 window in and it took them one day and everyone was in. Great crew that was here. Instantly saw sifference in my heating bill power went out tuesday night house was at 71 only dropped to 67 by the next morning when power cane back on Thanks

Had Your Improvement Company out for a new tub to shower few years back did a wonderful job had them back out for windows this year. Windows just were installed and look GREAT!! A+++

We had half our windows replaced last year & are getting the balance replaced this year. Andy come to our home to look at our remaining windows, get us set up with new windows, & schedule the installation. Instead of just focusing on the remaining windows needing replacement he first checked the windows that had been replaced last year. He discovered a few things that need repair or fixing & scheduled a technician to come out on Friday to get those fixes completed. Andy was thorough & great to work with!

Andy Sahlberg came in October of 2022 to explore updating our bathroom, installing a walk in shower. He showed us all the possibilities and set us up for installation in January. They actually showed up earlier than planned which was amazing. Ryan Dahn was our installer and was so professional and helpful! He did a fantastic job! Our project manager, Josh Anderson was great to work with, explaining everything that would be done. Iâ m just delighted with my new bathroom and would absolutely use them again!

Carpenter was very good but the plumber was not good did a number of things the wrong company has not contacted me would not use this company again.

Had bath planet/YHIC out to put in new shower Josh did a great job. Very kind cleaned up after himself and quality of work and product was spot on. Highly recommend this company Thanks Josh and Andy

James Kast replaced our dining room window. He was very efficient and did a Great job. Very pleasant. Would want James to do more work on our home when and if needed.

Bath Planet and Your Home Improvement Co. came out to do our tub to shower conversions. The workmanship, install, and value over all was great! Our installer was excellent and very clean. Thank you Brady for coming out to remind us of our warranty and checking out our kitchen.

James k did a awesome install including cleanup. Very friendly. Explained how the window worked asked if we had any questions. Very professional. On time called prior. Very conscious about taking of his shoes. I would give him double stars if I could. Highly recommend this company. Also Andy our salesman was exceptional to work with

We enjoyed the process so far from Brady the sales guy to Josh the Production Manager. Brady worked to save us a few bucks and fit our budget. We are excited to see our new bathroom installed.
