Brad and his team were phenomenal to work with and they helped us design a living space that was a perfect fit for our needs. The price quote was broken down really well so we knew exactly what the costs were and where we could go higher or lower depending on what we wanted. The renovation added almost 700 square feet of comfortable living space that is well lit for reading or games or can be darkened when watching movies on the big screen. They even incorporated built-in shelving that enhances functionality of the space while giving it unique character. The project ran about 11 weeks, but that included several busy holidays and they were very transparent about other commitments. Renovations this large are bound to hit snags, but their excellent communication and proactive nature meant the issues were small and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Everything stayed on budget with no surprises. We did framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, plumbing (bathroom), and paint. We will definitely hire Lasting Improvements again."
